“non existent emergency call out number for repair ”

So my son had a drop fit on xmas eve and banged his head on the bathlift charger plug as he fell. the plug was knocked out the socket from the impact and the plug pins broken. So now I was left with a broken charger which obviously means as soon as the power left the handset I was unable to bath my adult son. I rang Mededquip to see if an automated message would leave an out of hours team number as they boast that they are there to support their customers 24/7 365 days a year. The message states that the number is on the equipment, it is not, only the office number. I rang my parents care home who also have medequip stuff and guess what, yep no emergency number on any of their equipment either. Have scoured the internet in search of a charger to no avail and looked at endless links to medequip sites in an effort to track down said number. I have zero chance of getting a replacement charger until the new year and will be unable to bath my son or wash his hair until such time. This is unacceptable and I feel very let down by mededquip. Not good enough, poor service.
