“Christmas Let Down”

Well Done Pandora. It seems you have screwed up Christmas for a lot of people. It seems 10,000 packages were sent out to DHL for delivery before Christmas. They did not do it leaving 1000's of customers and the gift recipients without their items. Not great PR if you cannot depend on delivery on time at this time of year by a major Courier Company.
