“Totally incompetent ”

I'm self employed so lose money taking days off to let these guys in. They cancelled on first day costing me £200. Then sent out a guy who got the quote wrong, the window needed a full replacement not a repair as they originally said losing me further day off and £200. In total they took 4 days to do a simple 2 day job. Total and utter incompetence. Do not ever use them. They offered me £20 off my bill for my troubles. Brilliant guys well done
