“Better Chance of Getting a Letter From the Real Santa”

Ordered a letter for each of my 3 children. One arrived a few days before Christmas. I could not contact the company to see where the other letters were, which did not arrive at all. (the letter i did receive was poor quality - it looked like a primary school child had designed it and printed it off on cheap paper on an old printer that didnt work correctly ((which maybe exactly what did happen))
I attempted to get a refund but was again ignored. Do not use this company.
