It's often said that you can only tell how good an organisation is when things go wrong. My wife and I were at Luton Airport three hours before our flight to Sharm-el-Sheikh was due to take off when the Government grounded all flights. The Broadway/Qwerty offices were closed and did't open until 9am, when it took over half an hour get through by phone - but then it was an exceptional day.
They arranged an immediate full refund, I got my car out of three weeks' parking and we went home. Whilst we started looking for holidays on the Internet, Broadway rand with details of a 2 1/2 week holiday to Paphos. I've written a pretty poor review of the hotel on Tripadvisor (from 300 to 900 guests in a week caused strain on restaurant service and cleanliness - it could well have been excellent without that sudden occupancy) but that wasn't Broadway's fault.
My only gripe with them is their use of an 0871 number once you've booked. I spent hours holding on!
