Good Points
None, they are actually a brokers for Heath Lambert, we had a fire and it took a few days for someone to come out, our claim is relatively small - but 6 weeks on, still waiting for it to be resolved.

General Comments
I have not re insured with Elephant Home Insurance and would never recommend them. Claims dept telephone line closes at around 5:30. they don't call back, and they call asking the same questions to report back to the underwriters, you may save some money every month going with them but it's not worth it. I may have called them over 20 times now, still getting no where
