Good Points
good ir and keys with slim design

Bad Points
the phone is rubbish. I have had 4 units and all had software crashes with phone shutdown.

General Comments
Ehe Ericsson r320s is rubbish. I have had 4 units and all have had problems and been returned. I now have a Nokia thank God.
