Good Points
Price (not value).

Bad Points
They are not the insurance provider (see below).
Their 24/7 helpline is not 24/7 or helpful. It is manned by a clerical service/call centre in silent hours and weekends. These people have little or no power to assist, and they only forward the claim to the main insurer.
They can take 4 days to call you back after first making a telephone claim. Well, that's what they did for me. They called two days after the claim the first time, and four days after the second time for the same claim?

General Comments
Elephant Home Insurance don't provide the home insurance. In my case, they acted as brokers for ANOTHER broker called "Heath Lambert". The actual insurance was provided by Legal & General, who so far have been very helpful. This took two days to sort out while my ground floor was flooded with sewage.



Go to an insurer who has proper 24/7 support.
