Daryl called to resolve a previous issue which I'd had with ems internet service. He was extremely helpful in showing me how to make changes to contact page on my website and has further provided me with knowledge of how to make changes to other aspects of the site. He was very friendly and polite and talked me through the process in a manner that was easy to understand and at the same time not too slow or simplistic. I was very happy with the service.
