“Rediculouse customer service”

3 mobile network ( DO NOT RECOMMEND ) I was with then for 10 days maximum but was not Impressed with the network coverage. I then cancelled my contract with them and went with any other network the next day. I was with that network for 12 hours and my phone that I have had for 2 years now got blocked by 3 network. It has taken them 3 week for them to work out what has happened, I have sent my phone off to the insurance etc and it turns out they were meant to block the sim and instead they blocked my phone. After 3 weeks of not having a phone and all the aggro of all the phone calls to sort this out, they offered me a pathetic £15 as way of compensation. Bloody company seriously monkeys could run it better.
