Booked a hotel in Ely and arrived to find it closed for refurbishment despite only booking three days previous. Lastminute.com left us waiting while they tried to find alternative accommodation for 2 hours before we took it on ourselves to find an alternative. We found another hotel that was slightly more expensive and when we suggested this to lm.com they wouldn't agree to letting us stay there. We booked it anyway and paid for it. Terrible customer service, will never use again.
