From start to finish this has been one of the worst online experiences ever. First, I ordered a pair of very expensive Eyty's women's sneakers. Received a pair of men's hi-top trainers. As I had been on holiday by the time I go the package the 30 days for returns had expired Called Customer service -at first helpful although I had to explain everything about fifteen times. My requested item no longer available expect on other websites for about 4 times the price. Asked for an email that guaranteed me refund of my return shipping costs. This was agreed and a confirmation that would receive a prepaid return label to post the package back. Six days later still waiting for the return label. Had received an email that the company would allow me a refund "given these particular circumstances". No mention of refund of shipping costs. No option of using the UPS label - there is only one UPS store in Sydney miles away from me and UPS advised me that I needed to wait home all day until 6pm if I wanted a pick up. called the company again - same operator denied she had agreed to include a guarantee of a refund. Repeatedly explained to me to use the UPS label. Asked to speak to a manager. was told there was no manager in the office and wouldn't be for some hours and that she would need to ask permission from headquarters. Still waiting for a guarantee that I can get my refund and postal shipping costs refunded. Never using this company again!
