Last Christmas I ordered four Holiday specials which advertised the flower arrangement in a Christmas style "Holly" bowl which looked like a nice gift. I had them delivered to family members in four different cities. How embarrassing when later (two days before Christmas) I learned that 2 of the orders did not get the special bowl but instead a plain clear vase. When I contacted Teleflora's customer service, their solution was to offer a 10% discount on my next order. No mention of refunding a portion of the payment since clearly used the cheap substitute instead of the advertised Holly bowl. After getting dozens of emails advertising their specials, I once again told them of this terrible service with the same response - we're sorry but we'll give a 10% discount off your next order. As if I would trust Teleflora again. CS in California
