This is a follow up to my review posted 30.1.10
In answer to my complaint about keeping my credit card details and taking a premium for unwanted insurance after I have told them to delete my details from their records, they now say that they are unable to delete them and that they are required by law to keep them. They really think that their customers are as thick as them. Can anyone tell me why they should not be prosecuted for theft, as they have taken monry from me unlawfully and with the intention of permanently depriving me of it. Now I arrange on line and pay by cheque.
