The dog is keen to say yes to your premiums but try making a claim with Churchill Home Insurance.

I had my kitchen ceiling damaged by the water pipe between the cistern and toilet parting company. When I submitted the estimate for repair they said it was too expensive, must have ESP as there had been no inspection of the damage. They don't return calls, my claim advisor was rarely available but didn't return my calls as promised by whoever I spoke to.

I think when making a decision about insurance it is most important tbat you get value for money, rather than cheap. Which means if you unfortunately need to make a claim, it is settled quickly, fairly and helpfully.
