“Same day flowers ...... Don't think so!!”

Was informed by a Leanne that the luxury flowers that I had ordered for my Mother's Birthday were not available and that they would substitute them with others of the same quality. After agreeing to the substitution, I then recieved another email several hours later informing me that the "ship" had run out of flowers and was not going to get a delivery of new ones until the following day. Sorry, but here's your money back....ta ta! This shambles of an outfit acts as a middle man between customer and flower shops, claiming "Same day delivery" and yet they somehow want me to believe that they do not have a feed from each of the businesses that they do work on behalf of, that shows them current stock levels?!? What business in 2015 operates, accepting orders for goods or services, without knowing if they have supply? If they don't have guaranteed supply, then there should be a disclaimer, and they certainly should not be called "Same Day Flowers" ........this is just false advertising in my opinion!
