I've had a terrible experience with Zara , charged me for deliver and the site said never pay for deliver if you buy more than 50£ , they were suppost to delver in 24 hrs to 72 , I'm waiting have been a week and they always say that is coming ... really hard to have the money back !! And the black friday discount is fake

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing online clothes
