“Great advice and after sales service”

I was new to cycling earlier in 2015 and went into my local store, Macclesfield, to see what was on offer. I was allowed to walk round the extensive selection of bikes without being pounced on as soon as I entered and was approached after a short while to be asked if I needed to know about the bike I was looking at. This I like. I asked several questions which probably marked me out as knowing very little about the various bikes and their components but was answered in a very friendly way and never once felt as if I was being talked down to.
I eventually bought two bikes, one for me and one for my wife and we have since bought several articles of clothing and accessories.
This is the place I will keep going back to, as will my son, who has been a keen cyclist for several years but did not know they had recently opened in a local town.
When you find a store that is friendly, knowledgeable about the product and keen on prices there is no need to look elswhere.
