This is the first time that I have ever left any sort of review for anything so please believe me when I say this, use these guys with caution. I made the mistake of using Service4Service to look into a problem with my Audi. I was told that the issue was a faulty switch and it would cost £360 to replace it, I agreed and 4-days later I picked up my car. The original fault was still present, the switch hadn't fixed the problem so I have been left £360 out of pocket and I still have a fault on my car. I was then advised that my car would now need a new clutch to fix the fault!?!?! I duly picked up my car and will take to another garage to sort for me. Throughout this, I have made repeated calls to service4service and have been promised many times that I would be called back, this has not happened. In summary, I have paid £360 for nothing and I'm yet to receive any sort of apology or refund.
