These people are ridiculous, not only did they hold my money (a large amount) for 3 days denying a refund but the Money Gram agents ( 5 of the 8 that I spoke with) were extremely rude, I was even told to shut up and listen at one point. Me and my children were forced to sleep in a car, stranded in a city where it is 20 degrees outside for 2 days while waiting for our money. No empathy, horrible customer service, very unorganized. I give them -7 stars.
