“Good fast service, but very expensive”

I used blackcircles.com for a new tyre, and chose an ATS garage for it's convenient location.
They advised me that my rear discs and pads needed replacing. I already knew they were nearly due for replacement, and I'd been having problems with the handbrake. I went to take a look, and could see it needed doing.
They quoted me £210, and said it could be done quickly, so I foolishly agreed.
On the plus side, they ordered the parts, and they were delivered within 20 minutes. They worked efficiently, and had everything stripped down whilst awaiting the parts delivery.
But I looked online and found a Ford garage which could have done it for £179. And also found the exact make of parts they'd used, which were £15 for discs, £18 for pads.
I told them, but they didn't offer a discount.
I feel like I've paid a high price for getting the job done fast.
Oh - and I had a "free" cup of coffee, which sort of makes up for everything.
(I have to laugh, otherwise I'd cry!)
