“Slowest service ever”

I applied for the unlock code because its said it was free, £5.99 later and now the owner of some business cards which I didn't need and £4 more expensive than advertised on the site I patiently waited 2 days for a code for my phone! There is no direct contact with the company either as there are no phone numbers listed and email reply times were slow! It's more convenient to get the phone unlocked by companies such as game. They do it in store, there and then for £12 so unless you have a few days to spare then don't use the service.
