“Bad customer service from driver van with full of bad...”

My g.f ordered bed with mattress and sheets from Argos in Newmarket road, cambridge and we were expecting it next day between 7 and 10 am . Driver called us at 9 am and he said he will be in one hour my g.f said to him to go to the car park in Main Street cos he will lose his way if he tried to find where is her apartment , we have been waiting almost two hours waiting him and then he called and she answered the phone and said to him my b.f will be at you he is going downstairs now I found the van but no one beside it I called him then he answered and I told him I'm beside the van where are you? He said he will be there. in a couple of minutes I found someone on back of the van and throw my g.f's mattress on the floor no consider that people paid money for this mattress or even for delivery he was angry when I met him and start shouting at me cos he was looking for the address I said to him why you did not call us? and his start shouting with mouth full of nasty words with the word start with F . I was polit and patient with him I just wanted to get the delivery then he asked me where is your flat I said it is in the 3rd floor and sorry guys the left is out of service it just happened today then again start using the word start with F, I offered to help and carry things with them which I do not have to do it, the other guy was with him he said to me to not worry just show us the way while I was taking them to the way the van driver throw the mattress on the stairs and again start swearing and he will not take it uspstairs then I said to him to stop shouting and swearing and I will complain him to the company and he left I asked him what is your name? he did not want to tell me then he took my delivery with him and left and when I went to the shop in Newmarket road I talked to the manager then she gave me an excuse which it is not acceptable that they hire drivers and she can not do anything to him I said sorry even if you do he still represent big company like Argos and I do not think so she is telling truth because he was driving Argos van and she said for health and safety they need to use lift. Excuse me !!!!!! so if someone lives in flat and he does not have lift he can not get any service from Argos ??!!! sorry but what this manger told me it is not true and what the driver done I was not happy and I asked for my money back and I said I do not want your service because my g.f she was upstairs and she saw the driver and they way he was talking and she got scared and she said what she was going to do if it was her dealing with him and he is shouting and swearing !!!! I really wasted my time and money by going to the shop to complain this driver but I did not get acceptable excuse from the manger and I will make my feeling known to my friends and my colleagues.
