1) Took money twice from credit card (over £1k) then tried to take a third time!!! unbelievable .
2) Items arrived damaged, because they were so badly packed.
then replacing took far too long.
3) Tele sales staff polite but no proper continuity of service,
staff unwilling/unauthorized to give out managers/directors names so I have hunted it down on internet
4) I will be writing stong letter of complaint.
5) bad company policy all round, trying to be cool but just disorganised covering ass stuff.
6) accounts doesnt talk via sales staff everything is confused, accounts dept should be sacked
7)items relatively cheap, yes, but at what a cost! how many emails phone calls etc..and now i have to write on one of these sites.
8)I wont this use Juno company ever again.
