“Excellent every time”

This is the 3rd time we have used FastCarHire to rent a vehicle in Thailand and every time we have had excellent service from both FastCarHire and the rental company (Budget)Why?
1) Good selection of car hire companies
2) We normally have used Budget as they have the type of vehicle we require (A Toyota pick up truck with fibre back)
3) Overall price has been excellent and NO hidden extras it is all clear and up-front what we will pay unlike a lot of car hire outfits
4)Booking process is easy
5) They respond to queries very quickly
6) finally vehicle booked was ready and waiting for us, exactrly as ordered. Budget staff at Don Muang and Suvnambhumi were very helpful and efficient.
The only very slight problem (but it was more down to the horrible Suvabhumi airport) is the drop-off directions was a bit confusing. Thanks to poor signage coming into the arrivals area on level 3 we took the outside lane. Airport management in their weird wisdom have a fence to stop you crossing over to gain access to the arrivals area and one gateway was guarded by an officious person who only grudgingly let me in. Clearer directions in the booking form would be helpful. That apart everything was great.
Vehicle supplied was exactly what we ordered. Mileage a bit on the high side but it was in good condition. Had full handbook, good instructions in case of any problems. Overall a pleasant (apart from Suvanabhumi airport layout) hassle free rental. A pleasant change to a rental we did earlier in the year with a different UK based one that was awful-.
