This is my first order with Zooplus and likely to be my last unless they stop using Yodel as a delivery service. My cat needs a prescription diet for kidney problems and Zooplus have a bigger selection than most online sites I have found. However, my parcel did not arrive when it was supposed to and I contacted both Yodel and Zooplus 4 days in a row, before Yodel finally said it had gone missing in transit. Zooplus said they would issue a replacement which should have been delivered today. My Yodel tracking now states that the parcel was refused at the door. By whom? It certainly wasn't me and I live alone. I have again hhad to contact them both. Yodel insist it was refused even though that is impossible. Zooplus told me they will rearrange delivery for tomorrow. Meanwhile, my cat ran out of food and I had to order from Fetch to ensure I got some.
Would you believe whilst typing this, there was a knock at the door and there was my parcel at last! The driver knew nothing about the refusal but claimed to have come on Saturday afternoon and put a card through my door - another untruth.
