Having foolishly imported some malware, I took my ageing iMac to Stormfromt Newbury where, having copied any unbacked-up material from the disc, they re-installed the operating system, also recovering a forgotten password. When 'Mail' would not work, they again gave the matter their serious attention. In all, I paid four visits and found the staff totally helpful friendly and knowledgeable. A level of service which was outstanding, and all for goodwill and no charge!
When I shortly replace my Mac, again appreciating their advice as to the capabilities of the new machines and suitability for my usage, I have no thoughts of going anywhere else but Stormfront. Furthermore, they give a three year guarantee, unlike John Lewis mentioned in the other review.
