I have been a member for several years.
Considtent problem of poor management and lack of customer care/focus.

Slow to repair broken equipment despite numerous requests and incapable of replacing faulty items even after maybe 7 or 8 requests from members and by their own staff

Generally nice premises and location but poor on customer care and management and maintenance.
