“Still waiting for unlock code”

I purchased to have my unlock code sent to me within 1-3 hours..... it never happened. I sent an email and was told that they did not have the unlock code in their data system and had to reach out to their supplier. Well, we are now on day two (2) and no unlock code. I am so disappointed with what was offered. If you cannot unlock the phone, be straight honest and say so and make the refund. Had I known that this was going to take days, I would have purchased the 1-4 day offer and not the 1-3 hour. I should've read the negative reviews before making this purchase. I will not recommend this company and if I don't receive my code I will dispute the charge with my card. I've already approached them with my issue and they are well aware of the situation and have noted my dissatisfaction with Unlock Unit.

I am not one to complain, but this is ridiculous.
