From the very first phone call everything was clearly spelt out and explained. E-mails came when they were meant to; phone calls were received when they were scheduled and paper-work arrived on time - always. Help was available had it been needed - it wasn't - either via e-mail, telephone or snail-mail and the people who were assigned to my application were alway friendly and helpful. if there was a down-side it was that, at the start of the enquiry, I felt a little pressured but I guess it's only to be expected since they were after my business; I almost bailed at this point. It would also have helped if the % rate for the service was made clearer at the start. Overall though...5 stars.
