Would not recommend Tesco insurance to anybody. Clearly their business model is set up on ensuring they don't pay out to anybody. We had a definitive claim due to storm damage and it has taken over 3 months and we have still not seen a penny! This is despite a number of reminders and chase up emails. Their 'mandates' all have expiry dates on designed to catch you out so if you do receive any credit notes for replacement carpets etc then they are likely to expire without you noticing. Awful. They don't even have a complaints process!
