for a person that can not drive (eyesite) it sounded like a good deal ! i tried to send money to a someone via the website ,sounds good right ? wrong it took an act of congress to complete the transaction.....not my fault western unions, not across the country but across Texas. once Igot the tracting number the wait time on their end was almost an hr........not min. ok so I tried again three days later after talking to the card company to make sure there was no problem on my card or my end .....got on line went thru the website deal ..........bingo can not complete the transaction ?so I get a live operator she has all my info but i have to repeat it all over again, we are going to do a phone transfer of money ,i give out all my secure stuff to this person? who or where she is i don't know but it is western union right one of the oldest company in America ,her english was questionable ??? after the repeat questions she tell me to hold for a tracking number.......guess what she comes back and tells me she can not do it ?????? in a nut shell western union sucks big time and if i have something wrong on my card I will look to western union ....do not use them !!!
