“Flight is on time and still missed connection they...”

Flying from Phoenix to San Antonio, their flight connects in LAX?? They only gave 25 minutes for connection, sat at the gate for 15 minutes, then waited 15 minutes for them to retrieve my gate checked bag, nobody knows anything and are not willing to help.

BROKE MY IPAD BECAUSE I HAD TO GATE CHECK MY ONLY CARRY ON!
