WRITE A REVIEW

“Ideal course”

As someone who is required to review all staff certificates this site is ideal in that you can buy blocks of codes, monitor the progress and have no need to take groups of staff off the rota as each learner can study in time convenient to them. I have personally studied levels 1 and 2, the first using the video and script and the second with the script only. Both are equally helpful, though the video does make it a little more interesting. One common point of frustration for learners was not being able to log in as it is not always apparent that the screen you log into would not necessarily default to the level they needed but this is very easily resolved by clicking on the banner for the correct course level. All in all though this is a fantastic way to study. Enjoy!
