“Order didn't arrive and poor customer service”

We attempted to order the toy box. We checked delivery times and were advised it was in stock but would take about 3 weeks for the personalised name to be added. After 5 weeks still no toy box and email responses were brief and curt and served only to confirm that the box wasn't ready. Eventually asked to cancel and refund. Company didn't appear interested in comments on customer service. Just kept coming back with longer time ales, without apology, explanation or any confirmation of how long it actually might be. So five weeks after the birth of the baby, still no baby gift. Now awaiting refund for £315...
