I have two complaints to make 1 although i received a refund of 90 euro,s for a journey from lisboe oriente station to TRYP AERPOTA We got a taxi when we arrived and the cost for the same journey cost 10 euro,s. I find it difficult to accept that the booking agent did not recognise the difference in price as stated by her even though her office was in a different part of portugal and that she was accepting the word of the company that she made the booking with .I believe that this company should be reported to the relevant authority .The second complaint relates to the cab that she contracted to transport us on our other booking,s He made a referance to the effect that i use his services direct however as i did not have access to a computer to make a booking to zoomarine return he charged us 90 euro,s to which local people that we spoke to said that they thought it was excessive. It was indicated to me that i could cancel my booking to faro train station from the hotel cerro cost 61 euro,s and use his service to go to albuferia station although it would have been more convenient for us based on his charges the day before i told him that we would stay with our original booking . This just confirmed my suspicions that we had been overcharged for the ride to zoomarine as the distance is much shorter than the ride back to faro station.
