“Dreadful service - didn't deliver”

Dreadful customer service. Item not delivered, despite paying over the odds for postage. No sense of remorse. just blamed the delivery compamy and asked us to chase them. Ver ydisappointed child now - no costume and, as yet, no refund. Do not use
