I stored 16 boxes with Lovespace. They did not advise that my contract was up and storage charges went from £39 per month to £82. When i discovered this I paid £114 to have these returned to me, stating clearly on the order that these were to be brought to 1st floor flat. When the driver arrived he dumped them in entrance and refused to carry to 1st floor. Horrible service. Be warned that communication from the company is awful.
