I definitely would not recommend 4seasons to my worst enemy. We have an issue with the original groundwork of our conservatory and are trying to get some small compensation from them as we had additional costs to get the levels of the floor right for tiling. They don't answer emails and I'd you ring they fob you off We are worried about our ten year guarantee. Is it worth anything I don't think so
