“Don't bother”

I requested a brochure - nothing
I requested a viewing - nothing until I called the main UK number to get an appointment the following day. Followed by a late out of hours voicemail stating the property I was interest in had gone.
I rang the morning of the appointment to discuss the help to buy scheme as I was stil interested. They weren't. Unfriendly and unhelpful.
Despite not getting a brochure and being told the one property I was interested in is not available (despite still building more home on the Worthing site) I still get regular texts now about the available
Plots of available properties. Bit apartments. The 1 type of property I have categorically said I am not interested in as I have a dog and want some garden space!
Absolutely rubbish in terms of sales and customer rapport. As for their building prowess I'll never know. Just annoying texts if inappropriate flats!!!
