I'm sure the product would have been great had they not smashed the oven door whilst delivering it - 2 months on I finally got a refund after all their failed promises to repair or replace - but they never even bothered to come and collect the broken item. Constantly had to chase up John Lewis's, the promised return calls never happened, nor did the 'compensation' that was mentioned. This has been the worst experience I have ever had of making on-line purchases. Strongly recommend you shop else where as whatever reputation they used to have has most definitely gone!
