“Underhand Solicitor Tactics”

Well, you never know how good your insurance company is going to be or in this case BROKER until you need to use them. No problems up until then and haven't got a problem with the insurance company (Markerstudy) they placed me with. However, BEWARE when you come to make a claim. 2Gether Insurance's telephone number was splashed all over my insurance documentation and when needing to make a claim I rightly/wrongly phoned this number to report. I was pretty instantly put through to another number to report my claim only to realise at a later date that I wasn't talking to my actual insurance company at all but a company called Winn Solicitors. The process of dealing with this so called Winn Solicitors was massively stressful, confusing, they were condescending and had in my opinion used an underhand tactic to get the business. This resulted in the end me telling them to cancel everything up to this point and having to hunt down the actual number of the people i was actually insured with (in tiny weeney small print on a back page) to start the process again. NOT HAPPY
