“WORST CATERERS AND SERVICE”

I booked Premier as my sister used them for her wedding but that should have been a clear warning for me NOT to book them but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE! They were extremely unprofessional from day 1 and did their utmost to milk more and more money out of me, they held a hefty deposit of mine (£7,000), which they forced me to give them or otherwise I would ‘lose my date’ and when I no longer wanted to go with them as the service and reputation was bad, they would not give back the deposit or even help me get it back from the venue I booked via them, I threatened to take legal action and go with a different caterer they backed off and promised the world and so I gave them a chance. Me and my partner went to a food tasting and the wedding planner turned up 30 minutes late and to top it off the food was vile and therefore my partner demanded the deposit back, they asked us to come in for another food tasting (practically begging) to reassure us that their food is ‘really good’, we hesitantly agreed and felt obliged as they had our deposit. The staff were busy having their own private party with their friends and family and were totally drunk. We agreed to go with them on the premise that we will pay them £1,000 after the event or on the day of the event if possible, as I didn’t trust them. On my wedding day the wedding planner demanded £1,000 in cash or he was not going to serve the mains, I offered to make a bank transfer as he was holding me and my partner to ransom and he refused and took away the mains from the guests as they were serving them! My partner was forced to gather the money from our guests to pay the £1,000 cash on the wedding day. Me and my partner have never been so humiliated, they even tried to close the bar that we paid for an hour and half before the party was finishing. In addition they didn’t even co-ordinate the reception properly and gave me the wrong centrepieces. I would advise people to stay away from this caterer as they will be nice when taking your money but will turn when they got you in an impossible position and try to charge you more for stupid things. They took a cheap shot and ruined my wedding day. They even tried to charge me a higher price for the venue and when I went direct to the venue it was half the price. Each step of the way was extremely stressful and they did nothing to make it easier. They only care about money. DO NOT USE THEM! They have no class or respect for their clients.
