Signed up for 2 years Phone and Broadband. Broadband works for less than a min and cuts off. Tried endless times to phone them only to be on hold for 30min or more, or
a message stating they are aware of a platform problem. When I finally get through to them they want me to do tests while I'm on a 0844 number instead of sending a repair person out. I pay for a Phone and working Broadband not one that does'nt work. Because I have refused to pay a leaving fee of £299 it has gone upto £440.
I have sent them a bill for £500 loss of earnings and wasted time on hold on the phone. They have now got CARS recovery to collect this money. I would have paid but
I don't like companys that try bullying smaller firms. My next course of action is the Ombudsman
