Total misunderstanding I was sent out reminders for the policy , after an anitial conversation, loosely based on a comparison site , I explained I was offered a few competitive quotations and would decide nearer the renewal . I have been sent out reminders to agree and sign for the policy , and have been sent out letters for arrears now , for a policy I did not agree on ,and no new amendments were updated , which voids the policy anyway .
