My husband has been watching these late night adverts about the Dormeo Mattresses
We decided to order one in September, that was our first mistake.
Customer services seem to read from a script outlining the process of wrapping the mattress getting it ready for the courier who would email us when it was ready for delivery. At no point were we advised that it could be up to 28 days for delivery.
Customer services kept giving estimated dates which bore no reference to true delivery times and eventually we got fed up with the "script" and tried to cancel our order only to be told this was impossible and we had to refuse the delivery of the mattress in order to commence the refund process!
Tried again to cancel the order told the same thing again eventually posted on Dormeo's Facebook page and customer services contacted me to say the order had been cancelled and the refund was being processed and I wound have my money within 3-5 days
Well surprise surprise that was not true due to some accounting oversight the refund had not been actioned. I called customer services again only be told it will be actioned this time and I should have the funds by Friday next.
I won't hold my breath!
Very poor service Dormeo - not impressed!!
