“Saved money but not Time!”

Really pleased to have saved money with make it cheaper, although the process was complicated for us and we ended up spending more time than we planned switching from 1 recommended provider to another. All seems well at the moment and once all the problems were ironed out we are hoping the process will run smoothly. Operators were friendly and called back when they said they would. The process was explained by the operators and I firmly believe that they had saving me money as priority. We have not received any further correspondence at the moment but are hoping the process of switch over will be hassle free and without complications. The online signing of contracts was very easy and straight forward. I am not sure what the process would involve if you did not have full access to the internet at the time of the call back, I am presuming that the company would forward these by post. We ended up signing with E-On after complications with extra energy.
