I have visited Asian thrice through Southall and using different airlines. So far so good.
But yes, they are not the most customer friendly, or customer caring as they sound. You do have to follow up with them on tickets reaching you.
They cannot be relied on to do the entire booking, You will have to see each flight yourself on the web (in case you have connecting flights), spell your name correctly and INSIST on them sending you an email with all your details before they confirm the flight n take your money. Make sure you have seen your entire journey youself on the web and then tell them what you want.
I only confirm the tickets once i have recieved that email from them.
Take care, book safe. If you have another travel agency, use that. If not, Southall is worth a chance! Be wise n it should do you good.
