“Great customer service ”

I have had a few issues in the past with hosting and more specifically my domain mapping. I like most small business' have to do it all myself.

There seemed to be an issue with my hosting package so I got onto 123 reg via the chat feature the chap i dealt with (Cezar) was very helpful and explained everything so I could understand.

He couldn't fix everything as there seems to be some errors somewhere but he did everything he could and more . He has escalated the issue to the support team for their help.

His customer service was fantastic and answered me straight away have all my question.
