We are veterans at Car Hire in the USA having don't it for nearly 30 years.
Alamo failed on these counts:-
1 - Trying to upgrade me to a Cadillac?????
2 - Roadside assistance is really essential (tyre blowout not covered)
3 - Sky Pass only costs $4.95 (Yes per day so read the same print)
4 - We didn't get the car we booked, no mini SUV's
5 - Dodge SUV was dirty inside and outside
One of these years we won't get this hassle when having a all inclusive booking. Alamo please recognise an all inclusive means it's been pre-selected before arriving - NO MORE EXTRAS required.
